Me and wife Celia have recently purchased a property via Stack and Bonner. The agent has provided us with very good and professional service. As we are elderlies and first time buyer in UK, we are lack of knowledge of local practice in property purchase and we have raised many questions. Richard was extremely helpful in resolving matters during the conveyancing process. He was able to faciliate the process between me and the seller effectively, and was always prompt in responding to queries.

Fantastic experiance. James was very quick to react to our enquiries and made sure to only show and recommend properties within our search criteria (strangely this is not commen with other estate agents) Once we narrowed down to a couple of properties, James once again was very patient to show us the properties a couple of more times so we can make our own informed decition never adding any pressure.

Once our offer was excepted they introduced us to Richard to pretty much hand hold us through the rest of the purchase seen this was our first property purchase. Again Richard was on hand when we felt stressed reassuring us of the process and talking us through next steps even if it wasnt realy the estate agents job. After previous frustrating dealings with local estate agents, it was like a breath of fresh air when we moved our house sale into their capable hands. Very professional, great communication made selling our property very easy

We've worked with Stack & Bonner over a number of years, they also worked with our parents. Always a personal service and a pleasure to deal with. Communication with all parties worked well, keeping us on track with the various elements we needed to get done. We needed to wait for a long time for our property to be ready because of covid situation. Richard helped to make it less stressful for us by providing timely responses and updates and even chasing people that needs to be chased for us. He always had positive attitude and was always very kind. I am very happy with his work :

Poor consultation. I contacted them several times to know about properties advertised carrying the agency's name. the feedback was poor with estate agents either ignoring my requests or just sending properties not even meeting my requirements after I had said a couple of times already what I was looking for. It sounded a bit like a waste of time

DO NOT RENT Through this Agent. They will sting you at the end of the rental period. I lived at an address for 4 years, rented through them. When i got to check out some lady Theresa who works in the lettings department has her friend of 30 years doing the check out inventory. This rude women must be on commission to see how much of your deposit they can keep.

I have been charged to remove an umbrella and a toilet brush holder that was already in the flat when i moved in years ago. They have charged me to get the place cleaned again due to a shelve being dusty. the professional cleaners i had clean the flat must have missed that shelf! To sum up i spent 400 getting the carpets professionally cleaned and got cleaners in to clean the flat before moving out and they are saying it needs more cleaning at an additional charge of another 400. what a joke and this is only an excuse to not have to refund the deposit. STAY WELL CLEAR OR BE STUNG BY THESE COWBOYS.
