Professional, responsive and honest. As tenants, it was a pleasure dealing with Gibson Lane after some very bad experiences with some of the bigger agencies.

We've just sold our parents house in Kingston with Gibson Lane. We bowled over by the speed at which they lined up prospective buyers and got firm offers in on the property. Sales manager Daisy Magello is a dynamo - really felt she was on top of the sale, especially towards the end of the process when there was a delay on completion. Many thanks to Wendy too who had the tricky bit of keeping the sale on track. I imagine no sale is without its hiccups, but there was good communication from Gibson Lane throughout the process. We would definitely sell through Gibson Lane again.

Gibson Lane staff were great throughout the sale of our house. I think what Gibson Lane have is a real understanding of the area and what houses in the area are worth. Having previously struggled to sell our house a few years back with another estate agent, we were amazed at how great Gibson Lane staff were at getting people through the door and in less time than we thought, we had interest and an offer.

Even when (through no one's fault) the sale fell through, Gibson Lane were immediately chasing leads and getting the right people to view our house and in only a few days of putting the house back up, we got a new offer and for more money. Genuinely can't fault Gibson Lane staff. They've always been so helpful and supportive throughout the process and when it came to some delays with exchange, they were helping to push things forward. I can't say enough good things about Gibson Lane. The team I worked with were fantastic from sale all the way through to completion (and after) - and I don't say this lightly as, having searched for a property for a long time, I met a lot of estate agents. All other businesses I engaged with through my purchase were pretty dreadful (mortgage broker, banks, solicitors) but the GL team gave good advice/insight and helped push it through, working closely with me, the vendors, and solicitors.
