At first, when I knew I was selling my house, I had no idea who to use as their is such a competitive market out there. However, after reading online reviews and speaking to close friends and family, Stephenson Browne Crewe was an agents name who kept coming up. From meeting Meg for the first time at the property up until the last day of completion, she has been nothing but amazing! her and the rest of the staff who helped.

No matter how small the matter, they were always happy to pick up the phone and give me whatever information I needed at that given time. they made the house sale very quick, efficient and smooth running from beginning to end, I seriously can not recommend them enough! thank you

A truly shocking company By far the worst company we've ever had the unfortunate misfortune to have had any dealings with. I strongly recommend you use a proper estate agents in crewe and surrounding area. as this firm is shocking. We tried to make an offer on there over priced advertised properties. But in the end bought off a proper estate agents. whom were alot better to deal with. Strongly recommend stay clear of this firm.

Stephenson Browne were recommended to us by a friend and it was the best recommendation we could have ever received! In particular, Denise Armitage helped the whole selling process run so smoothly. She constantly kept in touch so we knew how everything was going. We live on the Isle of Man and without Denise we wouldn't have been able to do everything necessary to sell the property! Poppy the lady dealing with my rental is lovley! Very helpful often calls within 12 hours of the issue I bring up and during the process of sorting out the renting of the property would call and update me every step of the process so I knew where I was at with it.

I booked a house viewing and told them I could only see the property during my break from work the next day. I was sent a confirmation text and email and proceeded to attend the property once I got my break, only to find no one there. Turns out they rang me an hour before, while I was working and I couldn't answer. Since I was unable to answer they cancelled my viewing, leaving me left outside the property having wasted my lunch break.

Although very busy the team always did their best to assist. Kirsty, Megan and joe were brilliant with communication. Denise was not great with responding to emails but I managed to speak with someone else to resolve the few emails I had with Denise. Appreciate how tough the industry has been recently so well done to all of the team.

I have recently gone to Stephenson Browne to let out my property and have been dealing with Poppy. Professional from start to finish; Poppy quickly found me a really good tenant and set up managing the property really easily. Extremely impressed and it's clear as to why Stephenson Browne stand clear from all other estate agents I have dealt with in the past.

They don't get back to you when requiring maintenance. In fact you'll be lucky to get a response from them at all. Just a very stressful company to work with.

Have dealt mostly with Poppy and Alison and the moving process has been as simple and fluid as one could hope for. Always someone on the other end of the phone if I've got questions. I got a comprehensive moving in pack with all the info I needed, including a very detailed inventory. All timelines and asks on me were clear.
