Liz at keys was always on the case, just what you need an active estate agent that keeps you informed all the way through. I put the house on with keys festival park and had offers within the first two day with an accepted sale just days later. I would definitely recommend Keys festival park to anyone thinking of moving. This is an absoloutely awful company to deal with. Liz is the most unhelpful person you will ever deal with. They are great when taking money off you but if they arent earning thay are not interested. They dont follow through on anything that they promise. Totally unprofessional. There are many estate agents in SOT dont risk using this one.

Keys staff always go above and beyond to help. The service that keys provide is great. Danny and Liz are really helpful and I couldn't disagree more with the reviews posted on here. I have never had any issues with them. Also any manitance issues I have reported have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Would recommend these to anyone looking for an estate agents. Really appreciate everything they've done for us.
