Really easy key collection and always happy to help. Initially when requesting a viewing for the house we have now purchased the viewing appointments were either a week away or the middle of the day which doesn't always work but the staff were happy to accommodate our situation after speaking to the vendor. Very helpful and informative for the amount of time we needed to speak to them as buyers. Would highly recommend for a stress free service and would probably use them if we ever came to sell again! (Although I'm hoping we don't sell anytime soon lol)

A1 - pure class! A trusted family business that is legendary. I can't thank Clive and his son Tom enough. from the outset I was treated in a professional and friendly manner. Clive came out and spent quality time going around the property, offering frank, honest and open opinions about how would be best to proceed. When I instructed Austerberry, everything happened so quickly. Clive came out and did an amazing walk around video, highlighting the plus points and being very honest to note the improvements and work needed.

Some brilliant insights into the local area etc too - superb, a marketing genius. The team at Austerberry were professional, friendly, and kept me informed an updated at every stage, nothing was too much for this superb team. Sarah, Melanie and others couldn't do enough for me. Everything completed super quickly and the entire package from start to finish was way beyond expectations.

They delivered on everything and made this such a smooth sailing and stress free process as I lived out of area and quite a distance away, so everything was handled remotely. I was connected with everybody needed to complete from; having the central heating drained down, all the way through to having an EPC created and getting a solicitor/conveyancer in place to handle the legalities. If you're a seller or buyer in Stoke/Staffs. there really is no competition. Thank you so VERY much folks! You are all amazing.

Critical: Professionalism Waited a week to be contacted from the lettings department and nothing, then a rude lady informed me I wouldn't meet their standards as a tenant. I am actually accredited Stoke Land lord and very disappointed to find out that their stress tests for renting is the same as buying. Poor service and bad staff take your business else where!

Great estate agents, they always updated me and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Tom was always on hand if I ever had queries and was a fantastic help. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Couldn't recommend Luke and the team enough. They did everything possible to make the property shine, leading to a smooth sale. Avoid if possible, unusual way of handling offers from the buyers is something that I have never experience in my property investments over 20 years with many properties I have acquired with the UK other Estate Agents, I offered highest on a property waiting over 7 days to get an answer from this Estate Agent, been the highest offer all the way(according to them) but finally they said that the Vendor decided to give an opportunity to first time buyer with a lower offer.

The whole episode is very suspicious and they may select the people who they need to give the properties by convincing the Vendors or what! Therefore, you may stay away from them and Laura who was on this matter need some energy I think as she has no interest to talk or return the calls or email back but Vicky and Sarah are good and helpful. But, I am unable to trust them anyway after this issue or they select only selected people according to their background no matter how suitable you are to do an investment! however, they may have their own story about this but it was a rouge deal when comparing other agents in the UK.

Absolutely appalling service of an elderly couple trying to downsize in their later years. Homeless for 2.5 months, took 9 months to process through due to the unprofessionalism of the staff member dealing with it due to nepotism. A formal complaint is going to be made.
