Exceptionally good and professional service from start to finish. Kevin clearly knows his stuff, and more importantly knows the local market better than anyone else in the village. Caroline keeps everything in order, and provides valuable updates throughout the sale process. Simple paperwork, and they take the stress out of selling your house. Only gave them 5 stars because you can't give 6!

Friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Kevin showed us around various properties until we found our dream home. Carolyn always answered my phone calls and emails promptly, and they both pulled out all the stops for us to be able to exchange and complete on our move. Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with Stevens. We found them to be condescending and unhelpful most of the time. Being first time buyers we were hoping for a little more understanding. There were lots of points where we felt really let down, however the biggest for us had to be when they did not inform us we could come and collect the keys to our new house, we were waiting all day for them to let us know they keys were ready and they just didn't bother.
No congratulations or apology on collection when we decided to go to the office ourselves. Disgusting. We almost thought they had done it on purpose. They had the keys sat there all day since completion in the morning. To put it simply they were focused on their commission, Kevin (I believe he is the owner) even told me himself over the phone at one point he just wanted the sale to go through so he got his money.
My family were completely shocked at the way they treated us, I just hope they don't treat anyone else the same way again. Please be a little more thoughtful and professional in the future.

Having recently [Oct'17] purchased our property via Stevens Estate Agents, we were really pleased with the service throughout the entire process. During our property search, Gary made a great effort selling in the features of prospective properties as opposed to just letting us in to look around. Once the purchase got underway Gary and Carolynne kept in regular communication with all parties and really got things moving when responses from solicitors had slowed down. They kept the sale on track and we are very happy with our new home. Thank you Stevens.
