As a FTB, I wanted to ensure I had adequate information to make the right decisions. Right from the start, I had a very knowledgeable and empathetic consultant in Trish. Not only did she help with the viewings but she had some useful suggestions and advice on key places close to my potential new home. I didn't feel like I was being sold a home, but welcomed to the neighbourhood.
Although the process took several weeks, I felt like I was kept up to date on the progress by the manager at Carnabys. Tina was prompt to reply to my emails or return calls.
