Letting agents often get a bad name. Not this one. I try and be a model tenant and not bother them if I don't need to. However, on the rare occasion I need to ask for help or there's an issue with the property, the team at Paul Wright & Co have always been a pleasure to deal with. I'm never made to feel like I'm a pain. I had to contact them 5 minutes before they finished yesterday and there was still care taken to listen and understand the problem and the problem was completely resolved in under 2 hours. Couldn't have asked for better service.

David and the team were very efficient with their tenant finding service. Carley worked hard to find a suitable tenant and everyone in the office were reassuring and made the process easy. The team have inspired confidence and I will be happy repeat any business with them.

David was so lovely and down-to-earth. He made me and my mother feel at ease when we were going through a lot of home-stress. He instantly found us a home that would take cats and the property is perfect for us. We had been looking for months! I highly recommend this company. They work wonders. We bought our house through Paul Wright's and mainly dealt with Aaron. We found Aaron very friendly, helpful and patient with our questions as FTBs. I never found him too 'sales-y' and if we asked a question that would be better for our solicitors or surveyor to answer he would say just that and not just fob us off with a made up answer. Overall a good experience dealing with an estate agents for the first time!
