Bucks did an amazing job for me and my wife, We had an amazing lady called Lucy that couldn't do enough for us, in fact the whole bucks team was all the same, At every step of the way they would tell us what was happening, They communicated with us about everything and they helped at the final stages. If it wasn't for the team at bucks I feel I would have had a nightmare experience on the selling side but thank goodness for the Bucks team is all I can say.

Have to say the way this business is run is appalling Advertising houses to entice viewings Knowing full well they want 15k more Playing buyers off against each other to line there pockets with more commission Manipulation of the current climate Rather than just price the house and what the vendor wants And refrain from mind games Saying there is lots of interest from a house that was originally marketed 15k higher Buyer pulls out They relist it cheaper then say it's the same price as before

We were very impressed with the service we received from all the Bucks Team from initial contact to getting the sale of the house to completion. They kept us updated on a weekly or so basis of what the current position was with the chain and even helped us keep our solicitor to a timely schedule. Vicky was very understanding when photographing the house etc., understanding that it is your home and worked with us to get the best pictures for the internet portals.

Sold my house through Bucks this year, and was extremely happy with the service from all the helpful staff there. My house sold to the second person they sent round, and a lovely buyer. Think I spoke to nearly all the staff during the move process, and all could not have been more helpful in answering queries, chasing solicitors in the chain and helping to get everything moving.
