We have rented a property from Read Maurice and dealt with Mark throughout the process. Mark was fantastic and that's an understatement. He went the extra mile and got things done quickly and efficiently when we asked even though he had lots of other things on his plate. This made our experience as smooth as possible and therefore felt that the service we received from Read Maurice was a vast improvement to other agents we've used in the past. Martin Read was our main point of contact for the sale of our house and from the outset he was professional, personable and clearly very experienced. As the sale continued, and as a few buyers came and went, he was always patient, understanding and full of good and sensible advice. He never lost his sense of humour and the whole sale was made so much more pleasant by his empathetic attitude.
Every time we rang the office and couldn't get through to Martin, Jason, Mark and the rest of the team were always on hand to solve any issues we had. This was the second time we had used Read Maurice, and were we ever to move back to the area, they would definitely be our first port of call.
