We used Quantum to sell our house and they were also the Estate Agents selling the house we have just purchased. They were amazing throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.

Haven't had any problems at all with the Landlady or Agency. Jo, Emma, Hazel, Adele and the rest of the team couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. We stayed in the property for a year and any problems we did have were fixed promptly (including ordering a new freezer the day before Christmas Eve). They have had nothing but positive things to say about us as tenants and the feeling is mutual. They made our moving out process really easy and stress free and we are very grateful as it is the move into our first home.

A good estate agency to rent with - it's nice that they're a small independent agency, and have very pleasant staff. Over the time I was renting a property from them (16 months), I had 2 inspections which were done at convenient times to me as I worked from home, any sale viewings were also arranged at times that were convenient to me, and any remedial work required in the flat was taken care of fairly swiftly. I had no issues at all in any interactions, and during one slightly less than smooth viewing I provided feedback and this was taken into account for all following viewings.

We have just bought our house through Quantum, the service they provided from start to finish was excellent and took a lot of the stress away from us liaising with both solicitors and the vendor. We had one point of contact (Rachel) which made it easy and she was happy to help in anyway she could. We would highly recommend.

Well.what can we say? Quantum were BRILLIANT!We urgently needed to sell my wife's mothers home to fund her care and they valued, marketed, and sold the house in 34 days. Highly recommend the team at Quantum. We worked with several of the team members and usually when that happens, you have to repeat yourself but not with Quantum, they clearly communicate very well internally so that their service is seamless even if someone is away from the team. Our recent purchase of a property went very smoothly without any feeling of pressure to get it over the line, thank you!

Rented from Quantum for almost two years and they have made every interaction a good experience. Anything that needed fixing got sorted so quickly and the staff are amazingly friendly. We just had our leaving walk around and our deposit has been returned within 24 hours! Fully recommend quantum for renting as they are fantastic!

We have been renting with Quantum Estate Agency for over a year now and have had a great experience finding our first and second homes with them. They have been so lovely and supportive of us during these difficult times. Due to unexpected circumstances we had to move again and they were really helpful in finding us another property. I'm really happy we get to stay with them again for our new home because I know that we're in good hands! From start to finish (viewings, application, maintenance, deposit etc.) they've been fab!

Excellent experience dealing with David and his team at Quantum. The sale of our ex rental property was quick and easy with regular and accurate feedback about the chain. I can't imagine your average on-line agent being half as efficient. Local knowledge by your local agent takes some beating. Thanks again to David and all the team at Quantum.

I have been with Quantum in a managed property for around two years and I'm pleased to say that overall I've had a really strong experience with them. They have operated with good communication, professionalism and a willingness to assist tenants and make them feel valued, whilst also acting on the landlord's behalf. Hazel has recently been nothing short of brilliant in what is a difficult time for everyone, going above and beyond to provide assistance where possible. I would certainly recommend Quantum Estate Agency to anyone interested in property within the York area.

We have been in a rented property through these agents as a temporary measure whilst our property sal in another part of the country went through - all I can say is our heart goes out to people who have to deal with agents like these for any length of time. After four frustrating months we are having to vacate the property early and take these agents to court.

We have lived with a sewerage smell since we moved in and these agents have been nothing more than useless - the tradesmen they use are unskilled jacks of all trades types. The agents representative (Hazel Smith) topped it all off today when on the phone to my wife - she laughed down the phone at my wife's' frustrations and put the phone down on her.

We are a decent hardworking family who have had nothing but trouble from this agency - luckily in a few months we'll be purchasing our next property, therefore short term we are going into holiday accommodation with our children! Avoid if you're a decent person. there's plenty of other agents in York who are bigger, more professional and speak to you like a human being.
