I have been renting in London for the past 5 years and I was so impressed with the level of service that First Union delivered! Definitely one of the most professional agencies out there, with amazing communication and well trained personnel. Could not recommend more!

Very quick to organize a view on a property which meets my requirements. If following up move in problems like tape, leaking sink for landlord can be that quick as well, that will be great.

Remy and his staff were very helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much to ask and they managed to find new tenants very quickly for my flat even though the previous tenants would not allow anyone access to the flat before they left. They replied very quickly to all emails and phone calls. Their lettings portal is clear and an efficient tool for managing the let. I would recommend them very highly.

The agent was very friendly and responsive. The overall experience has been positive.

Not too bad, pretty swift on getting references and paperwork sorted. However we encountered a severe ant infestation within 10 days of being in the flat, bad enough that we would've had to leave honey out all over the flat in order to cause it in that time. Overall can't complain too much, we sorted the ants ourselves.

Remy and the team worked hard in finding the right tenants in difficult times. Always professional, proactive and very good at keeping me updated. I have worked with First Union in the past and their flexible and honest approach is refreshing. 100% satisfied and definitely recommend to any potential tenants and landlords. Its a 10 from me!

I've used First Union to manage my flat in Wandsworth for over 11 years. They have done and continue to do an excellent job. First Union have found quality tenants for me over the years. In between tenancies the flat has never been vacant for more than a month. They are quick to inform me of any issues raised by the tenants and always suggest fixes. I trust First Union.

I disagree, from the moment i walked into the door of first union i was treated badly. i was moving into a flat to share with a girl who was already living there " oh i hate transfers there is no money in it " was the first words uttered when i walked in. Then they demanded rudely as my guarentor was retired they pay 6 months up front as they didn't trust they had money!

Then they were extremly rude when i didn't renue my contract for the following year even though i had like another month until it was due. And then i found some friends who wanted my flat after i had left and told them all about it and they had basically decided to move in, the agent had the cheek to tell me to stop talking to my friends as they were dealing with their move and that they were doing me a favour as i would get to move out early and i said no i found them! they are my friends and i wanted to move out early thats why i told them about it they didn't even know who my estate agent was until I had told them so i was doing the agency a favour and they were so rude to me!

Really unhappy with my experience with this estate agent more than 3 staff have been rude and I have been treated very badly, and I always paid my rent and kept the flat immaculate.
