The level of customer service provided by Matt Thomas was outstanding; he went above and beyond and dealt with all the stresses involved in the application process. Not only did he find us the best deal, he also consistently kept us updated ensuring all information was clearly relayed to us from the different parties involved. He reassured us he would do whatever possible to ensure we can get the house of my dreams and that he did. He is the best broker I have used till date and I look forward to using Matt again for our future mortgage needs.

I worked with Matt to help me get my mortgage on my dream house. I was not the easiest customer - changing mortgage three times for various reasons and to lock in for longer with the increasing interest rates. Matt was great throughout, always super quick to reply and super helpful. We had problems getting our chain to exchange - and Matt even helped me through this too. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

Lovely staff who are keen to help and make the process as easy as possible. First called AA with a query and spoke with Matt W who was very helpful and friendly. He arranged for a colleague to come out and value the property at short notice and at a time that was most convenient for me. After our phone call, I knew instantly that I did not need to shop around any further.

I met with Emily at the valuation and felt as though I was meeting with an old friend. For what has been a stressful and overwhelming process, Emily made selling/buying feel easy and hassle-free, reassuring us of her continuous support. She was able to answer any queries we had and went above and beyond to help. Communication not always the best once they got sale they do give up a bit and poor at calling back or answering phone once they have sale. Nice staff did viewings and prompt with communication through rightmove is good and text to confirm viewings. House buying is a stressful time buy not sure in our experience many agents really seem to appreciate and empathise with this, so they not on their own with this.

Great service, everyone is very proactive, professional and polite. Any queries were answered straight away and so far very happy.

Martha at the Derby branch has been absolutely brilliant to work with. After having an offer accepted on our first bid we were extremely disheartened when this fell through due to the vendors having to pull out. Martha worked with us tirelessly in order to secure another other on another property which has now all been accepted. 10/10

We appointed Charlie as our mortgage broker, and as first time buyers she was very helpful and patient, and explained everything to us at every stage. She kept in contact throughout the process with regular emails and phone calls and was always willing to help with answering our questions. Buying your first house is said to be the most stressful thing you'll ever do, but having a mortgage broker like Charlie made things so much easier.
