Working as a Valuations Manager for a large portion of my 10 year career I have been at the forefront of our business. Having gained over 10 years experience within the property industry I have developed knowledge of all areas of business from small independent to large corporate estate agents. I started out as a trainee negotiator for a large independent over 10 years ago in a very challenging and declining market. I have enjoyed roles which includes a sales negotiator, valuer and Sales branch manager.
Holding Deposit (per tenancy) One weeks rent. This is to reserve a property. Please note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including guarantors) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a right to rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and or deed of guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other deadline for agreement as mutually agreed in writing).
I have recently completed a sale with smart move and I can honestly say the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. From amazing communication and professionalism I cannot fault their service. Would definitely be using them again in the near future. I used SmartMove to sell my late Mother's property in Ripley and what a smart move that was.

"Sales here please!" I can't fault Smartmove at all. And they have had one hell of a journey with us They are just like "normal people" with that business like edge and professionalism - a must have quality that helped us, as customers, to feel secure selling. Due to our own circumstances, the sale fell through, but they have truly been an amazing team. We recently used Smartmove Homes due to selling a property for the first time in approx 15 years and David, Katie and Alex have been fantastic from start to finish. David met me at the property to introduce himself and tell me about their services and due to his professionalism and great work the property was fully marketed and available for sale within 2 hours. Katie and Alex were brilliant at arranging almost immediate viewings and within a week of meeting the guys the property was sold, which was totally awesome. Katie and Alex were then great at keeping in touch and the sale went through really smoothly.
