MS Estates are essentially a husband and wife team. Michael & Satty (married since 1996) opened their offices in 2002 so they have lived and worked together for quite some time. They each know of their roles in and out of the workplace and we can guess who the boss is. Michael's experience in property goes back to when he was 18 when he bought his first house.

Completely stress free and easy process for renting my first house with my partner. The standard of the property was great in general but the whole letting process was fast and efficient. With other agencies I have found their communication to be quite poor but this small family run agency was so attentive and transparent! Couldn't recommend them more!

So far we have had a wonderful experience with MS estates. They are very responsive to both emails and phone calls. I have managed to speak to one of their members of staff every time I have called and they are happy to give advice. Booking a viewing was relatively hassle free and the process of signing contracts was also not complicated. There is quite a difference between other Ms Estates and other Estate agents such as Uni2rent who doesn't answer emails and calls whatsoever and you must go to their office every time you want to speak to somebody to arrange a viewing or if you have a question. My husband and I are in the process of looking for a new place. Our lease is about to end and we have had a fantastic experience with our current agency however we want to move closer to our jobs and friends and our agency doesn't have any properties available. We came across with an MS Estates property and we read all the good reviews they have as a letting agency so we decided to enquire.
Although we didn't get the property we wanted to rent, we would like to highly recommend MS Estates since they were really helpful and professional during the process. The viewing was really nice, they answered all our questions and they were super responsive. We got our holding deposit back extremely quickly and Becky was superb with this process.
They have really good quality properties in the Lenton area and the prospective landlady was lovely and really nice. I think is important to highlight the great experience we had during the process as few agencies have this professionalism. As an international and mixed raced couple working/studying abroad we really appreciate how helpful and friendly you were to us.
