We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).

What is rare to find is an honest agent. My husband and I have been happy with the service received from Charlie. We're in the middle of looking for a home for our children and dog Spartan and the process so far (with other agents) hasn't been a great one. With M&P, communication has been second to none. Questions are answered swiftly, with care and most importantly, with honesty. We can't wait to find our home. Thanks for your help in the process so far!

My partner and I met Rachel at the initial viewing of our new property. She was warm, friendly and honest and made us feel at ease. After spending weeks/months viewing properties, we had never felt so comfortable with an agent. We then had both Philip and Rachel that communicated with us throughout. They both kept us updated and made the daunting process of buying a first home as smooth as possible and we are very grateful. Thank you Philip and Rachel.

Shocking agent to deal with. Never wanted to help with any tenancy issues. If you have an issues over the weekend you can't contact anyone. The owners of M and P are so rude when you call them and give you excuses. Would not recommend renting with this company as your letting agency. Avoid at all cost. Also was not invited to the check out which resulted in issues with receiving our deposit back.

I recently bought a property from M&P Estate Agents; I came to them carrying a lot of trauma and negative opinions bought on from my personal experiences from the last 3 years of trying to secure a property in this challenging climate. I had already lost circa of 3500+ in legal and Agency fees for multiple failed purchases at this point. Paul and his team treated me with more understanding and care then was probably required of them, there were times I wanted to give up on the process but they were always there to support in anyway, calling the solicitors for me, chasing the buyer for missing information, it was never too much or too often to ask for help and they continue to support me today as a BTL Landlord of a small property portfolio.
They have managed to get Tenants into my second property and have gone above and beyond assisting me in this area too (even when it was not financially beneficial for them) and always no pressure or hard selling a service. They provided me with tips that have saved me money in the end and gave me advice on current regulations and duties required from me as a landlord. Thank you so much Paul, Philip, Rachel, Hannah, Felicity, Sarah!

Amazing if they need you to rent or buy but dont even bother about repairs- takes them ages with no communication. I am pregnant and have a daughter and yet i have been left with no heating for over 5days and counting. No communication! Amazing to get a response from the owner finally after a call yesterday stating he himself had to wait 10days to get his boiler fixed like that was any consolation.
Please providr proof all the contacts as stated. Very unprofessional - what are these repairs please?stating repairs were done which you were aware of before i moved in that took over a year to do. Please provide timeline. Even my contract and inventory had all the so called repairs needed on them. You only have these to say because i have been stupidly understanding. 6days and counting- Gas man is coming to see a fault you have been aware of since 2020 and are still yet to fix.
Unlike you i have proof to upload of needed. Trust piolot has many genuine reviews of your company. i am not the only who is disappointed. Instead of attacking me fix the problem.

This is without doubt the number one estate agent in this area. Rachel and her team are absolutely phenomenal and managed to sell our house within one week after taking over from Purple Bricks. Purple Bricks tried to sell the property for over one year and three times the sale fell through due to their incompetence. Once Rachel and her team took over everything was straight forward and she was able to deal with any query without delay. The bottom line is, if you are looking to move to this area, speak to these guys & if you are looking to sell definitely speak to Rachel and avoid the online estate agents.

The service I received from M&P was second to none! I met with Paul Saturday midday to discuss my BTL, it was advertised by the same afternoon, a deposit pending viewing taken by the Monday, multiple viewings booked for Tuesday - property let by 5pm same day! My new tenant was vetted in a timely fashion and I have been kept in the loop throughout the whole process. And when I have had questions and needed support the Team were more then happy to take my calls each time! Thank you very much Paul & Team.

M & P Estates Ltd have been truly amazing from booking in to view houses to dealing with offers all the way through to completion. The team are always professional and polite and anything your unsure of they are always happy to explain into more details with you. Rachel helped us with the with keeping in touch when our offer was accepted. Than Phillip took over with keeping me update with our slight hitch that was nothing to do with M & P but Phillip kept me up to date and was helpful all the way. Thank you all so much for helping me. I will always recommend and use again in the future.
