We are seeking a Property Assistant with a minimum 2 years experience to join our friendly and highly motivated team at our modern Camden office.
Holding Deposit (per tenancy) - One week's rent. This is to reserve a property. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing). Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from Rent Due Date until paid in order to pursue non-payment of rent.

I have been interacting with C&C for the last year. They have always been good, but though out the year we can see a great improvement in our communication, we have built a relationship and have gotten to understand each other. Every time we have had an inconvenience, problem, issue, etc. we have done our part in notifying them asap, (being quite annoying I might add) but they have always been very good at responding and keeping us in the look of what will take place and when.
The only problems we have encountered with contractors they have hired, of course they have been new and they also had not worked with them, as soon as we notified them about issues they took care of it. Any time we have had an issue they respond either the same day or next, unless its the weekend which is understandable.

We have rented from Christo &Co for several years now and couldn't wish for better landlords. Any issues around the house have been resolved speedily and staff have been always helpful and very friendly. We have had some real emergencies such as a massive leak from a boiler in the property above us and despite it happening on a bank holiday we managed to get hold of our manager who sent somebody in straight away and got it fixed.
Increase in rent over the years has been really reasonable - if they increased at all - and they even carried out improvements such as exchanging our old Sash windows. Honestly, particularly in London finding such good and reliable landlords is rare and we can only recommend them. :

Christo & Co are nothing short of a bunch of crooks. They are unprofessional, avoid problems and issues regarding their properties leaving tenants frustrated and in a lot of distress. Christo & Co were responsible for building an entire flat on top of an existing mansion block in West Hampstead back in 2012/13. They instructed second rate builders who made a complete mess of the project which has resulted in immense external damage including leaks to both the new property, existing flats and roof damage.
They do not take responsibility for ANYTHING and try to pass blame on to others. They are a disgrace to themselves and deserve to be shamed in the public arena. (The only reason they get one star is because I'm unable to post this unless I rate).
