I cannot sing the praise of Errington-Smith as a firm highly enough! They were all friendly, efficient and professional at all times. They did the most wonderful job of selling my parents' house and it was the most enormous relief to know that the entire process was in such capable hands. As far as I am concerned, each and every member of the team is a star but with a special mention to Karen and to Nigel who were always available and ready to offer advice and reassurance. This is an exemplary firm and they uphold the standards to which all estate agents should aspire!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness THE WORST LETTING AGENCY. They take forever and a day to respond to you, they don't liaise with the Landlord at all, never passing on messages or getting things sorted. I'm glad others have had good experiences but I would NEVER rent through them. My sister had the most awful experience and is STILL waiting for her deposit back.

We asked Errington Smith to sell our house. Nigel suggested he marketed it privately to clients looking to buy and use that to test a price. This was brilliantly successful and the second person to view made an offer at the asking price. Nigel explained that this was only the beginning of a bumpy process and he guided us through the moment when our buyer lost their buyer and on to a successful sale. Nigel and his team have been complete professionals, always positive and helpful and a total pleasure to work with. We strongly recommend them.

I rented through Errington Smith a couple of years ago. They are fantastic. Friendly, helpful and professional both on moving in, and on leaving. I wish I was renting my next property from them. As an additional point, I have a pet and Errington Smith is one of the few agencies that did not charge a fortune for 'pet deposit ' for which I was extremely grateful. Highly recommended.
