I was conned by the same agent. The owner of the company visited the property in a Jaguar and the tenant that she brought with her was on a Merc. The tenant was told as being the chief lettings agent in Ruben Sadler itself. I was fool enough to believe that. I did the credit check which had the same IP address for the employer reference as well as the landlord reference. The tenant defaulted on the payments merely 1 month after moving in. Had to go though the eviction process and high court bailiffs for evicting the tenants. Never again.

Simply con artists, owe money for last few years, changed paperwork without consent. Don't touch them or the owner, Faye with a barge pole!

Actually, I have used this company to both rent my 3 bedroom house and in the sale of one of my properties. They are extremely professional, honest and honourable people. I do not hesitate to recommend them and carry on using their services. Thank you reuben sadler.

I can't comprehend the fact that there are people who would rate this place 1 star! I will disagree with them and say that this place is good. The staff here have been nice to me and they have shown a lot of good deals. Least to say, I was impressed with this place. Thank you Reuben Sadler.

I have just read the negative reviews written for the Reuben Sadler estate agents who are located in Belmont Circle, Kenton, Harrow. Having read these reviews I can only wholeheartedly agree that Reuben Sadler was/is a despicable business who should have been closed down years ago. I speak from personal experience where in 2006 I entrusted Reuben Sadler with a three bedroomed property to rent out and manage.

The property had been newly refurbished to a very high standard and I was assured that excellent tenants would be found for the property. Within a week Reuben Sadler had rented the property to a huge family (unsure of the number in family) who had arrived from Jordan and were in receipt of housing benefit. This information was withheld from me and I was kept completely in the dark.

I understood the housing benefit was paid to Reuben Sadler and should then have been paid to me. This never happened and Reuben Sadler withheld all the rent. This deception continued for over 14 months and each time I contacted Reuben Sadler I was fobbed off with lies. I eventually hired a solicitor and informed Trading Standards who called to Reuben Sadler's office on the 17th July 2007 to see their account books. Reuben Sadlers refused to show the accounts and the representative from Trading Standards just sat it out until Reuben Sadlers finally gave in and handed over their accounts.

As a result of checking the accounts Reuben Sadlers was called for a Trading Standards' interview under caution. They later attended Harrow Crown Court and were fined for discrepancies in their accounts. After almost two years of no rent and lies from Reuben Sadler I eventually brought Reuben Sadler to court in March of 2006 for non-payment of rent and thousands of pounds worth of damage done to my property by these non-paying tenants.

I am pleased to say that Reuben Sadler lost their case and were ordered to repay all my losses and damage. The local newspaper, The Harrow Observer covered the case at the time and wrote an article about my case in April 2008. When Reuben Sadler was asked for their right of reply as to why they refused to pay the rent to myself for over 14 months their response was to say that it was 'human error'.

I would advise any potential landlord, tenants or customers to avoid Reuben Sadler as this despicable company is the worst I have ever come across, and I am surprised that they continued to trade after their many court appearances. More recently, I have noticed that the Reuben Sadler office seems to have closed down. I hope that this is true and is something which should have happened back in 2004 when this dreadful business first opened in Belmont Circle.

I would urge any landlords or tenants to go down the legal route with this awful company and ask Harrow Council how many complaints they have on file regarding Reuben Sadler dating back to 2004. My advice to anyone is to avoid this company at all costs.

Warning avoid this fraudsters! Please I warn you never give money to this fraudster, they have my 2000.00 deposit money since August 2016 to date. Please, please, avoid doing business with them they are fraudsters. I can give them no stars, they deserve to be investigated and closed to protect the public.

Got a very poor service. Being a landlord never received such kind of bad and unprofessional service.they charged me unknowingly and after requesting for part refund they rare refusing to pay back. Try to get hold of the owner is hard everytime I phoned her she was busy in meeting or with client never called back after leaving massage's. It's been over a month to get the tenants paperwork hardcopy by post.

Such a lovely and professional team. within 2 weeks they got me the right tenants for my properties. Much Appreciated.

A Warm Family-Run Real Estate Business. I have done business with Reuben Sadler for many years. They have taken care of my rental properties during this period and to date. I have brought properties from Reuben Sadler Estates and sold through them dealing with Ms Faye and various staff. Always been looked after with rates and never had to worry. It seems like the agency has many jealous rivals and evil people surrounding them.

Shaa'upp. Reuben Sadler are well brilliant.and they aint done nuffin or anyfin and if you ask me do i like them oooohh my god i would say yeah but no but yeah but no but yeah because they are well cool but you people dont dat coz youre just well jealous and well out of order.
