Having rented both through student letting agency's and private letting agency's for 6+ years, this is by far the best company I have dealt with. So fast at communicating and dealing with any problems within 24 hours max! Craig and David go above and beyond to make there tenants comfortable and feel secure in their property. Soon to have rented two different properties with them, myself and my partner wouldn't have a bad word to say regarding this company.

We've rented three different properties with different agents over the years and these guys stand head and shoulders above the rest. Craig was exceptional to deal with and made the process very easy from start to finish. David also did me a huge favour when I got the date for the end of tenancy clean wrong and had cleaners standing outside the property and was stuck at work.
He popped over to the property to let them in. To me that is over and above. Very few agents I've come across would even entertain doing something like that. Just shows they care. Please don't take any notice of the 2 bad reviews here. Flawless service throughout our tenancy. Thank you!

Wouldn't even give them half a star, but I had to so that I could write this review. After messing me about with a move in, I had to back out because they weren't liaising efficiently. Due to this I requested part of the fee back which hadn't been used ie. for referencing, however they point blank refused to return any unspent monies. Would not recommend!

I'm sorry to say that I have had a bad experience with this agency. I've been renting a property from this agency for 3years and over the years there have been several violations of the contract by the agents. In accordance to the housing act of 1988 the landlord or letting agent must put their visitation in writing at least 24hrs before entering the property.
This agency does not adhere to this rule and feels it is acceptable to let themselves into the house whenever they feel like 'popping ' in without any notice. I feel the agents need to have more respect for their tenants and a read up on what they do and don't have the right to do.

We have been renting from this letting agency since November 2016 (4/5 months) and thankfully they have been great. We have had a couple of little faults since moving in nothing at fault with the agency and they have been fixed quickly and efficiently. Whenever we have rang they have been able to help and give us lots of information. I would recommend to others.
