Very first conversation was about guzumping as this had just happened to me. Stephen the owner of the business advised that as a family business they had made it a policy not to do this. Guess what they did, yes doesn't take much working out. Two faced springs to mind. Let's see how long this review stays on line

Family run and professional from start to finish and more than just an Estate Agent. Kept us up to date and also lots of info about the area. Very trustworthy and everything under one roof. Was able to arrange everything from Mortgage to Solicitors and also they answer the phone in the evenings, Sundays and bank holidays. Great work.
