I've had a few negative experiences with other estate agents, and I am really struggling to get on the property market, however I have never been to an Estate agents as great as Good Life! They were warm and friendly, and happy to answer any of my questions (and there were plenty ). And although my dream property that was accepted for fell through due to a higher bid, the agent Nicole was so lovely and friendly about the whole situation! I was definitely recommend buying/selling your property with them!

This is the second property that Dean and his team have successfully sold for me - neither of which were straightforward transactions. The team took on board all of the curved balls that were dealt to them, with professionalism, experience and class. They overcame each obstacle, to reach a very acceptable goal, keeping me posted with all developments as they happened. Cheap in all ways!.Staff lack skills and poor communication. Other people views/feedback below are in line with mine.stay away from it both Landlord and tenants.unless you want to loose money! Owner of the business clearly either haven't got no clue of the issues or have no intention of do anything as he hasn't taken any of the commments onboard provided below.at the end of the day the staff is as good/bad as their leader!

Goodlife have just sold two properties for us, ensuring we obtained the best price for both. As with every house sale, there are problems along the way, with us it was the buyer of one of the houses withdrawing but Gina kept us up to date and gave advice when needed. Gina was a pleasure to deal with, always keeping in touch, and replying to any calls or emails promptly. We would definitely use again and have recommended them.

I have to be brutally honest I found selling my house a really tough emotional decision, as I believe most people do.but Dene and the 'Good Life' team totally held my hand throughout the whole process from beginning to end. The absolute worst letting agent I've ever had the displeasure of using. When we moved into our property we were not told there was a mouse problem. We were also told by the landlord that there was no issue with mould. The mould in this house is a disgrace and is affecting my daughters breathing. When I raised this issue with the landlord I was told they had the best damp proofing in the north east.
A lie as the damp in the front room is awful. When I then got in touch with the letting agent, they ignored my email and forwarded my complaint to the landlord and I only found out about this when my landlord sent me a text that was intended for good life homes. If this letting agent had any credibility they would have worked to rectify the issues in July when I emailed them.

This Agent failed to give us feedback from a vendor. Left us waiting for two days. When I phoned up and complained that they hadnt got back to me they just stated ""a message was left" on VMX. This is not true and not even an apology forthcoming. Certainly would never place any sale in their hands. Unprofessional, but maybe thats why the house in question is still for sale after six months.

Called up on a Monday to organise a viewing. Was told they'd call back as they had to schedule viewings with the seller. Didn't hear anything for two days. Called again to chase up, only to be told they'd get back to me asap. The following Monday I called again. Apparently an offer was accepted. coincidentally last Monday, when I tried to originally organise the viewing. Absolute joke of agent.
