Rochford Stokes Estate Agents was established in 2006, and is owned and run by Jason Carlon and Jason Galvin who have been local estate agents since 1988.
The main areas we cover are Battersea, Clapham, Balham and Wandsworth although we have successfully sold and let properties in other areas including Fulham, Putney, Kennington, Bayswater, Kensington, Streatham and Brixton. The main postcode areas we cover SW11, SW4, SW9, SW12 and SW18 are split up into smaller residential areas each with its own style of architecture & history.

I am so grateful that I chose Rochford Stokes to sell my property. There were numerous complexities concerning my flat sale and I really don't believe that any other estate agent would have had the knowledge or experience to have dealt with these. Throughout the process I had constant updates from Rochford Stokes who were always on hand for queries, moral support and any other concerns.
The two Jasons were incredible and both went beyond their remit to chivy solicitors, third parties and provide solutions to a rather, long and protracted sale. If you are looking for excellence I would recommend Rochford Stokes. My partner and I bought a property sold by Rochford Stokes and we have to say that from the beginning Jason Carlon showed himself to be a truly amazing agent, we never felt that he was pushing to make the sale, on the contrary he gave us space to look around, and make our own opinions of the flat. The team at Rochford Stokes were always very diligent with the process and even helped us finding a mortgagee advisor and a solicitor - James Muncaster the mortgage advisor from Chagnon Financial was also an absolutely star. A hugely impressive operation. Jason was accommodating when I had to change the date for our valuation, then arrived having done homework which provided additional context. His follow up email was very useful, and during the meeting itself he showed his experience and knowledge of the area. All of this leads me to highly recommend Rochford Stokes. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend using the Rochford Stokes team. Jason was always 100% transparent, provided a valuation which was representative of what the property was worth and importantly only introduced the right type of buyer for our property. In a challenging market, Jason swiftly managed to secure an offer at a level we were pleased with. From this point on he went above and beyond to ensure a smooth exchange and completion. We cannot recommend Rochford Stokes highly enough. We spent six years out of the country for work, and they managed our property throughout. We chose them because, as a long established, indepenent agent, they clearly knew the local market well, didn't make any unrealisitic promises and they did in fact ultimately deliver on everything. They were always available, solved any issues rapidly and fairly, and provided excellent advice.
Being abroad, there was always the potential to feel out-of-control but they kept us completely in-touch throughout. The property was originally let as a house-share: the tenants they found were all good: we only had one potential problem after three or four years when new tenants started to rotate in: Rochford Stokes immediately spotted it, and resolved it before it become an issue.
When we originally let our house we intended to return, and the Jasons immediately understood that we still thought of it as our home, treated it accordingly and ensured that our tenants did the same. When we returned to the UK and instead decided to sell it, they managed the sale during the pandemic and guided it through to completion despite some complicating factors. The entire team at Rochford Stokes have always been extremely friendly and helpful, not just professionally but also on a personal level. Wholeheartedly yes!

Highly recommended Rochford Stokes for anyone looking for flat rents and lettings. We have been renting a studio under Rochford for my son over the past 5 years.
