Great end to end experience with Finlay Brewer! I would absolutely recommend them to a friend. I needed help on a very quick timeline and they assisted me expertly.

We were so impressed with the entire team of Finlay Brewer - especially Teresa, Debs (Debbie), and Hettie. They are consummate professionals who looked after us every step of the way when buying our first house. The entire process never felt transactional; it was like having a best friend guide and help us. They always answered our questions and worked tirelessly day and night.

Their expertise of the Brook Green area is second to none and you will always be in good standing with them in your corner. Trust me! Thank you so much to the entire Finlay Brewer family for helping us live in our dream home.

I am really disappointed in the way that they handle their viewing and customer inquiry, i had viewing appointment today at 4:45 PM at the time which we agreed and they confirmed hat they will be there (by email and SMS). simply they didn't show up, they didn't respect the value of time and journey that i took in this cold weather. Jon( head of letting) is knowledgeable person but his team unfortunately below the standards.

We rented a 2-room apartment in the Brook Green area for about 3 years. Most of the employees we worked with were quite professional and customer-oriented, but not all, unfortunately. I can't positively characterise the work of Andrew Halim, almost all of his answers had the form "Unfortunately this is not a service we offer.", but when we turned to other specialists, we quickly solved all the difficulties (thank you, Jon Bird).

I can also positively pour out the work of Alan Fikss and Donna Bizzell. If your apartment will be serviced by this agency, I advise you to run away from them, because you will encounter the work of Andrew Halim - but now the world is changing, and London is not the same as it was 15 years ago. It is necessary to strive to think about customers and establish long-term relationships. Andrew is not capable of this, unfortunately. If your property will be serviced by a Landlord, then there should be no problems.

Had the pleasure of working with Fran and Alan, who helped us immensely in the process of looking and finding the right flat for our move. Both were always very quick and helpful with their responses to any questions we had, and represented us and our concerns in a professional and reliable manner. I would highly recommend them.

Finlay Brewer provided an exceptional service from the start. At the initial enquiry they were quick to follow up, arrange viewings and offer a wide range of options, I found that very useful and would like to that Alan Fikss for all that he did. Once I had chosen a property, I received excellent assistance from Fran O'Reilly. Fran was quick to respond, and very helpful with assisting me with all that was need to be done. Thank you.

Paul, James, Mike, Hettie and the team are unlike any other estate agents and thank goodness for that! They don't just rely on the usual on-line platforms to generate viewings, they are pro-active. I have sold two Brook Green area properties through Finlay Brewer -- and neither was an easy transaction. The Finlay Brewer team were responsive to deal with, good (and straightforward) with potential purchasers, tenacious about progressing the transactions from offer to contract and well-coordinated among themselves. The firm has low staff turnover; so one gets to know their people -- and they know their area better than any of their competitors.

Finlay Brewer are great estate agents. I bought a house recently where they acted. Of course they tried to get the best price possible for their client. But they also recognised that they need to bring the potential buyer along as well. They gave great advice and we're incredibly responsive. I dealt mostly with Penny who knew her onions, was very frank and incredibly patient as I deliberated. I also dealt with Paul as the head of the agency, who is also first class.
