We were purchasing a house where Milestone (Whitton), were the agent for the place we were looking to buy. It was a great experience with them specially Nick Futter, who was excellent during the initial process, in the middle, where we thought, the sale was going to fall through and contacted Nick. Nick then his great communication skills, got the ball rolling again and we exchanged 3 weeks later. Even on the completion day, there was some delay with our completion (purchase) and once again I contacted Nick Futter, who helped again. Thanks Nick and the team.

Great service from the whole team there but in particular, Emilie, who took care of everything. We never had to chase them and never struggled to get through to them. Most importantly they communicated everything to both of us at all times which meant that we always knew exactly where we stood, an extra effort that really made a difference.
