I know somebody that has been renting a flat in the same building as Damien Shaw, Damien was only there for a couple of months despite telling the agent the flat was just for him he moved his girlfriend in and his children were there more often than not. My friend was constantly disturbed in the early hours of the morning by Damiens noise and slamming doors, he was rude and agressive to other residents and I wouldn't be surprised if he was the same to wainwright and Edwards staff.
As the managing agent Linda did a great job, she represented all residents in the building and got rid of the bad egg. Now Damien has gone everyone can now relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Thanks again Wainwright and Edwards GREAT JOB!

From the very first moment of deciding to sell my house right through to completion, wainwright and Edwards have been amazing. Always Professional and friendly. I have dealt with Mair from the start, and I have to say she is such a credit to the company and nothing is ever to much for her, she goes above and beyond to help and answer any questions, she truly is a lovely, friendly, professional lady.

Linda Newton, the lettings manager for this office is extremely rude and patronising, she gets far too involved with the tenants, and is extremely judgemental. She is one HORRIBLE woman, I reported many faults with the flat I rented, those reports where not passed on to my landlady who has since refused to allow this shambolic company to manage any more of her properties.
On one occasion I reported a fault / repair to LINDA NEWTON, and her response to me was "Well what do you expect for 525 per week" I am amazed this woman has kept her job and I do wonder if her boss knows how unprofessional that she is, and that she has cost the business dearly in lost contracts due to her disgusting attitude with the tenants I would urge any landlords NOT to use this office

I've had nothing but positive experiences in dealing with Wainwright and Edwards. The people are both friendly and helpful and I'm really surprised by all the other reviews to the contrary. A really good personal service delivered by lovely people who do a great job. Probably like most things in life, if you treat people with respect and goodwill you tend to get the same in return. Absolutely recommended.

I was renting a property through them and I left around a month ago. The last month I was there they were only supposed to charge for two weeks but charged me for the full month, I got my money back for that. I checked my bank and they have now taken a full month when I don't even live there anymore! I emailed them to sort it and got no response so I rang and they said there is nothing she can do and she will have to speak to someone else who is currently not in until the next day, so I am now a months rent out of pocket and have no idea when I will be getting it back, the people who work there only want your money and the most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with. I'd give zero stars but you can't unfortunately.

I would not recommend these estate agents to anyone. Kris is a agrogrant and does not care about the potential tenants only about getting the money. Quick enough to let us view the house and get our money. Would not confirm anything in writing. We paid a 200 holding deposit and 170 tenant referencing fee however we did not need them as we are paying over 10,000 in rent for 12 months upfront.
They are refusing to refund our 200 deposit and now putting the property back on the rental market with us even paying the 200 holding deposit. I have now e-mail them requesting for the deposit to be refunded then we will be taking appropriate action to get our money back.
