Had an outstanding service from Venmore's and would 100% recommend. I first contacted Colin and advised that I was interested in selling my property. Colin was quick to respond and arranged for a member of the team to come out to see us. We then met with Tom who was so professional and really friendly. He really listened to us and gave us some great advice on how we should list our house.

He took some amazing photos and all of the measurements. The price we were given was great and we confirmed we were happy to proceed and for the property to be listed. Venmores done all of our viewings over a Saturday and Sunday which was really convenient for us. After the viewings we were told that there was 19 offers on our property! Carolyn was brilliant and sent me a breakdown of each offer.

She also called me and we discussed the pros and cons of the offers which was great. Once we accepted an offer we were passed to Clare who again was amazing. I never had to chase Venmores for anything and I was always kept informed of any developments. I then saw a property I loved which to my delight was listed with Venmores. I was so relieved it was with them as I had already had such a great experience with them.

Thanks to them, we now have our forever home! The process of selling and buying was so straight forward and I am so glad I contacted Colin at the start. I will always recommend Venmores to my family and friends.

We could not have received better service anywhere, Venmore were perfect, never any problems speaking to the appropriate person. Our progress chaser, Holly, was magnificent, always at the end of the phone and super helpful. Without her help I'm afraid we may have given up. Thank you Venmore! We've been through the wringer a bit with our house sale/purchase, but Venmore has been incredibly supportive and helpful the whole way through. When our first buyers pulled out, they had us another buyer before the end of the same week! And as the process dragged on (thanks to problems with our purchase and then issues with the solicitors), Holly - our sales progressor - was absolutely fantastic.

Our experience with Venmore has been nothing short of life saving. I had a great experience using Venmore as the estate agent I decided to go with to sell my house. A young man called Tom from the Allerton Branch came to value my house for me. His friendly and approachable nature made it is easy to talk to him and ask any questions I had. Once I had decided to go with Venmore as my estate agent over their competitors Tom came back around and took measurements for the floor plan as well as taking professional looking photographs of the property and listed it online for me.
