I cannot praise Chris Tinsley and the team enough. I had a very difficult and lengthy sale of my late mother's flat. Particular thanks have to go to Janet and Chris for dealing with this and communicating with the buyer. This was despite the personal circumstances of the buyer and coronavirus. There were several moments when I thought the sale would collapse and am convinced that without the support of Janet and Chris this would have happened.
