Truly shocking dont give a damn attitude! Booked a viewing for me at 5.15pm even though the office closes at 5pm. Battled through forty mins of traffic only to find their rep couldnt be bothered to turn up! Ha Ha Ha! Special mentions to Robert Arnold and Lynn! When I wrote to complain Robert said he was there! Sorry if he had told me we were playing hide and seek he would have won as after twenty wasted minutes I still couldnt find him! Well done Robert! Ready or not here I come!

They was oh so helpful taking my money but as soon as moved out turned. Told me different things where wrong with my house then when I'd gone they got very very petty. Charging for toys left in garden as they had to move them. Charging for tatty blinds that I'd look down as they was minging when I moved in. Oh and a dirty cooker I'd just genuinely forgot to clean, I even offered.

The only true issue was with the window and gave me no chance to sort it. Just cut me dead when offered. Go to another agency these are too picky. I even write on agreement that it was a bit dirty when I moved in but they would not even look at the tenancy I had signed
