Have just moved into a rented property through David James with thanks to Grace. She made this a smooth and easy exchange. Keeping my partner and I fully up to date with what's happening, all within about four weeks. Super happy. Thank you to Grace and the team.

This is my first time leaving a review for any estate agent, but, is just because i have not had very much to say about the others. Anything worth a praise anyways. Claire showed me around one of the properties i have viewed in my quest to buying a house. She is been absolutely fantastic with the viewing. She was very professional, well informed, and answered any question i had in great detail. Also, she did not make me feel rushed as I have had on some other viewings, she's been patient and taken the time to make me feel satisfied in my queries. Rarely, in my experience viewing houses, I have had an estate agent knowledgeable in the property's details to a tea and patient.

After struggling to find a property to rent for 6 months, I decided to pop into David James estate agents. I spoke to Grace and from that moment she assured me that she will do her best to find me something suitable. One week later I get a call with a property meeting my needs. From that point, Grace then kept me fully informed of every stage until I received the keys.

The whole process getting my house was as easy as clockwork thanks to Grace and I'm sure that all other staff at David James would be as efficient from the quality of service that I received. 5 stars for sure.

Nigel was a pleasure to deal with during my inspection, he's well mannered and even took the time to explain exactly what he's doing which put me at ease. He respectfully adhered to covid measures by wearing a mask, gloves and shoe protectors as he carried out his work. Even before he took photos of my home office he asked to make sure I didn't have any sensitive work information up on my screen, nice little touch!

Have recently purchased my first home with David James and I have been really impressed with the professionalism and diligence provided throughout. Vicky has been my main point of contact and I have been really impressed with the timely communication and customer service provided. An excellent experience as a buyer and I would definitely consider using them as a seller in the future too. Would highly recommend.

Excellent all round. I first interacted with David James when I bought my house in 2019. I was impressed with how they dealt with me as a buyer and went on to work with them when I decided to let my property. I worked them again this year when I sold my house. I found them very easy to work with, responsive and really helpful with their advice throughout the process. We've had a great letting experience with David James over the past few years. Regardless of who was handling our property, conduct was always professional and highly efficient. Nicole, Claire, Grace, Victoria were all outstanding property managers, and Steve Fischer did a great job with the end of tenancy process. I've viewed a couple of properties through David James and have found them easy to get hold of and deal with, and very responsive to any questions. I met Anna at one of the viewings and she's truly a credit to the business, taking the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for and even though the property we were looking at wasn't suitable she still took the rest of the slot to talk through and get more of a feel for what would work to see if there was anything else she could suggest. Very friendly and approachable and it was a pleasure to meet her.

So far has been excellent. I earlier was with a student letting firm that dabbled in mainstrem letting but I found them unresponsive and, as it turns out, way out of touch with how best to prepare and market a quality property such as we own in Mapperley. From the first call to David James to getting the property ready and marketed and applicant shortlisting to finally signing a new tenancy it has been a complete joy and stress-free. Victoria was superb and her team Grace & Charlotte who took over are just brilliant at their job. ** UPDATED *** Month 3 and I upgraded to Full Management with David James. It's abundantly clear to me they really are good at what they do.

Fantastic Agent! I contacted them along with two other agents re selling a property in Colwick for our family following the sad death of my Grandad. From booking the appointment to now, they have been amazing and every staff member I spoke with have been incredible. They sold the property within a few days and got more than asking price. One of. the other agents kept slagging this agent off when I informed them who we were going with (won't mention the name but it's a agent in Arnold, Hucknall and West Bridgeford) and were so unprofessional!. We have sold three properties with David James over the last four years, we have been very pleased with their presentation photos, marketing and accompanied viewings. Leaving a review because of the lovely chap that came to do a house inspection on my flat. Nigel was super chatty and a genuinely nice guy. It's nearly always very awkward to welcome strangers into your home, but he made it such a pleasant experience that I was almost sad he had to leave as I was enjoying a right good natter. He is a credit to David James, but I'd also like to say that everyone I've spoken to from David James have been lovely so well done to the whole team.

The David James team went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agents. They did everything possible to ensure our sale and purchase went through before the stamp duty deadline. They were absolutely incredible! At one point they even had a team of people phoning round trying to find us a "man-with-a-van" (which they succeeded in doing!)!

From the valuation, to the photos, to the negotiation and reception teams, everyone was incredibly professional and helpful. This is the third time me or my family has used them in the last 5 years and the standard of service has been excellent throughout. I cannot thank them enough and would fully recommend them to anyone looking to put their property on the market.

Bought my house through David James in 2013 and used them again to sell in May 2021 having spoken to 3 local estate agents. Really pleased that we made the decision - people forget that you're not just paying for them to market your house you are paying for years of local knowledge and contacts and for this reason we were able to secure a great selling price on our house.

One other estate agent failed to show up for the valuation and the final one (in our opinion) over valued. We felt comfortable straight away with David Radford and his team. Kerry managed to book almost 30 viewings within a week of the house being available meaning after 7 days we have 10 offers and working with them we made a decision who to sell to. David James also managed to find us the perfect house too and we couldn't be happier.

The team have been very patient with us as we were pushing to complete before end June 2021 (which we managed by some miracle). I know at times I was a complete pain and I am sure Kerry and our solicitors had a stiff drink following completion.

Planning our return to Nottingham from Germany was made much easier thanks to the help of Grace Walker at DJ. She not only helped us by sending a video tour of the property because we couldn’t travel over to view the house in person, but she also answered every single question quickly with a friendly and professional approach. On our arrival she went out of her way to meet us personally (on her day off!) to hand over the keys.
