Marriotts was first established in 1860 and grew to become one of Nottingham's largest independent estate agencies, letting and property management, commercial property and surveying practices. The partnership disbanded when the senior partners retired in early 2020, with the individual property disciplines being sold to other established property companies.

Throughout the whole purchase Marriotts we're fantastic from start to finish, I would highly recommend using them to all and I will be using them in the future. Tracy from the Mapperley branch dealt with my purchase and was fantastic throughout, however I had correspondence from other colleagues in Marriotts and they were all equally fantastic! Prompt updates and replies and were extremely helpful throughout. Could not recommend them enough. Thanks again for a completely stress free purchase, which is a rare thing nowadays

This estate agency has been a real pleasure to work with. Selling a property during the pandemic with us being 500 miles away might not have been straightforward were it not for the staff at Marriotts. The team handled viewings brilliantly but the real benefit arose from the quality of communication at all stages of the sale combined with accurate, timely and relevant advice. All this was wrapped in a professional package which also managed to be friendly and reassuring during what could have been a stressful and confusing process.

Excellent service, friendly and the relationships they nurture with vendor and buyer along with their knowledge and experience were able to help resolve issues more quickly that were holding up the legal process. We could not have asked for a better service in such difficult times during lockdown and the pandemic situation. It was such an achievement to finally be able to collect the key to our new cottage and the staff congratulations and welcome box of goodies made it even more special.
