We purchased our first property with Kendrick's and they were fantastic. Dan in particular kept things moving smoothly and updated us all the way through. As first time buyers it could have been a really overwhelming experience but we felt that Dan had our backs and kept things simple. Would definitely recommend.

Kendrick Property Services is the most professional estate agents I have ever used or encountered! Best estate agent in town by a mile! They literally strive to deliver! Nothing is too much hassle for them. They are always courteous and proactive in their approach, and are great communicators. They not just helped me (I was the seller in this instance) but they also helped the buyer with the entire conveyancing process.

I was assigned Dan to look after me. I could not of asked for anyone better! He really did go above and beyond his role to deliver. I cannot thank him enough. This was not a smooth sale (not their fault) but they did everything possible for me and the buyer to achieve our goals. Paul Kendrick who was riding shotgun for Dan was also amazing. Best agents I've ever had! Dan and Paul were extremely professional and helped me and my partner tremendously in an otherwise painful process. We just bought our first home through them and, although the vendors' solicitors were an absolute nightmare and held up the exchange for many months, Dan and Paul were always available for us and chased every single person involved, to make this happen. They're always very quick to act and very supportive from the very beginning. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future!

If you have been out of the housing market for some time or are a first time buyer do not expect any advice when making an offer on a property you love. There is no advice nor guidance for buyers so seek independent advice when making an offer to avoid disappointment and heartbreak. Following up. Thank you for your response Paul. If the trend today is to offer well over the asking price then surely it would be a good idea to alert returning or new buyers so that they can budget accordingly to significantly exceed any asking price so the risk of being 14th in line is diminished.

Kendricks made selling the house a pleasurable experience. They were very professional but also friendly. Kept us in the loop all the time. If I ever had to go through this experience again wouldn't hesitate to use them. Would 100 percent recommend them to everyone

We couldn't be happier with our experience buying our first home through Kendricks. Dan was an absolute superstar, doing all the chasing and organizing needed to keep the move moving. With what could have been a stressful expehe Kendricks team did everything they could to make it as quick and painless as possible, and Dan in particular was so lovely and reassuring throughout. Super friendly throughout, incredibly helpful and a great agent - thank you so much for everything!

Would not recommend renting from this agency. It's a shame that they seem to only care about the sales side of the business and are yet another agency who takes advantage of students.avoid! They're slow to respond to maintenance issues and you can expect to be spoken to with a side of contempt and passive aggressiveness. Zero customer service because they don't care! Contractors (the landlord's mates) let themselves into the house a couple of times without Kendricks informing us beforehand.

We had no working washing machine for weeks, cold showers for MONTHS then no hot water from the taps for MONTHS at the end of the tenancy. The house was dirty when we moved in - we left it in far better condition but they still tried to charge us 440 to bring the standard up to a 'professional' level - hope they did a better job this time around!

Dan and Paul have been absolute superstar in the recent selling of our property and also in the selling of our previous property some years ago. We have valued their integrity, honesty, great communication, expertise and professionalism through our tricky 10 month sale process, and they are just all round really nice guys to do business with! We couldnt sing their praises highly enough. It's not often you find these qualities in an estate agency. Kendricks has nailed it!

Kendrick were fantastic from start to finish. Special shout out to Dan Milligan who was brilliant at driving the process through and engaging all parts of the chain when we needed decisions made. He was proactive, always available with calming words and knowledge and I could not recommend him and them enough!
