If not urgent, we log your details so that we can contact you as suitable properties become available. It is wise to start looking about a month before you wish to move, as the nicer properties are viewed and reserved quickly.

One of the most incompetent group of estate agents I've ever dealt with. Tried to send an elderly man to our home for a viewing while we had Covid. When told about the possibility of the people they sent to catch Covid as we were still testing positive (we're teachers so test regularly), they responded "Government guidelines say five days, you can't have covid for that long".

Tony and the team were fantastic! Helped my girlfriend and I find a brilliant property as first time buyers and were thoroughly professional and friendly throughout. Ignore the below reviews from a couple of tyre kickers that didn't like their viewings, as people who have actually purchased through Uden's I can confirm their services are excellent. Our experience with Uden was a disaster from start to finish. The staff are friendly but the business is completely disorganised. They 'forgot' our viewing appointment and left us waiting outside. When we moved in to the flat they gave us the wrong keys so we couldn't get into the property. The flat was let in a disgusting, run-down state, with old rubbish left in the flat, meaning our first weekend in our new home was spent having to scrub other people's filth from the bathroom and kitchen.
Kitchen cupboards were warped and chipped, tiles were loose and needed to be grouted, the washing machine wasn't working properly, and a ground floor window frame was broken and stuffed with toilet paper to keep the draft out. The guy doing the inventory warned us before we went it that it was one of the worst states he'd seen a flat let in. The most serious issue was shorting electricity sockets in the bedroom, due to a significant damp problem that had been concealed by being painted over.
Shortly after moving in the paint started bubbling and growing mould. A couple of weeks into the tenancy scaffolding appeared at the front of the house with no warning, with roofers leaving bags of rubble and and their KFC wrappers and bones all over the front garden. It remained there for months despite numerous calls and emails to Uden. With every problem it took multiple phone calls, emails, handyman visits and months before anything was fixed, including a seven month wait for a new toilet seat.
It's not the fault of the people that work there - it's the Management not caring about tenants. They just want to make easy money off the landlords, doing zero work to maintain properties at minimal expense. Tenants beware; landlords, avoid.

I cannot express enough how fantastic this estate agents is! My partner and I have dealt with a few Estate Agents in our time and I have even worked for one and I have to say that Uden is the most down to earth, honest, respectful, acknowledgable and caring Estate Agent and it's great to have an Estate Agent that you can get along with! My partner and I had a tenancy with Uden for two and a half years. We could not have asked for more professional, nicer and helpful people. Specially Paula and Millie, they are excellent! They always responded quickly and professionally to any issue we had. I can't recommend Uden enough. You're in safe hands!

I strongly recommend Uden Estate Agents. Out of the four different agencies in Brighton that I dealt with, Uden was definitely the best one. I stayed with them for two years, and during this time, they were very reactive to any issue I had with my flat, and all in all very lovely people. Five stars!

Really nice people that make you feel at ease when moving can be stressful. Nick is really nice and genuine and unlike some Estate Agencies, Uden didn't make me feel like irrelevant human fodder.
