We had a nightmare situation with our house chain collapsing a week before moving. As soon as we phoned to view our now house, Kevin was welcoming and really put us at ease. Once our offer was accepted, Caroline became the person that we corresponded with and she was amazing. She kept us up to date with everything that was happening. She chased our solicitor when she wasn't answering our messages. Caroline also offered to meet me with the keys on the evening of completion day as I had a meeting and wasn't sure what time it would finish. I couldn't fault the experience we had with them.
