Our unrivalled selling service is available at an unbeatable fee. The first step is to ask one of our experienced Valuers to call and advise you on the present day valuation of your property. As Chartered Surveyors we look at far more properties than other Estate Agents and therefore have a better understanding of the local markets.
Comprises an inspection of the property and is a concise report with or without valuation. It is based on the standard R.I.C.S. format and may not be suitable for older properties, those of unusual construction, those having been extensively extended or having major alterations. The inspection covers part of the property which are visible and easily accessible.
