Nikki and her team are amazing! If you want to sell your property for the right price, this is the company to use. The service was extremely professional and attentive. They went out of their way to help solve queries the buyer had. The whole process was managed extremely well with weekly updates. I have come across Charles Head twice in the last 5 years, once when I was trying to let my property through Lisa, who was very rude, unprofessional and had a bullish approach. Since the company has been taken over they have improved their branding however from what I have experienced since buying is that the new owner doesn't have a clue what she is doing and has no experience in estate agency.
Most of the team are friendly and are trying their best but there is a lack of knowledge and the young lady in accounts has an attitude problem. Research all the estate agents before using their services.
