I would just like to say how amazing these people are Katie showed us around a property which we fell in love with she was amazing with our two little girls that have followed us on our fruitless journey trying to find a property that so many others have too. But when we viewed this house she explained that we are not like so many other agents that show family's around properties that go into a lottery with landlords knowing they will probably never get it she took it straight of the market when we showed that we loved it and wanted to try and secure the property such a relief after searching for over 6 months trying to find somewhere I can't thank them enough and they will never properly understand what a deference they have made to our lives amazing people running a amazing business Thank you so much Regards Dan & Emma

Primrose having been renting out our bungalow in Brixham since 2011. We are based in the Midlands, so we are unable to easily sort out the normal small problems ourselves. Primrose provides a full service, notifying us of any issues and suggesting, obtaining quotes, and engaging local tradesmen etc. Our tenant is a woman living on her own, so its very important she has confidence in the local agency, as first port of call for required works etc. Primrose provide all of this, and regular inspections with photos, which is especially helpful to us operating at a distance. Monthly accounts, billing and paperwork flow near seamlessly. They are always friendly and helpful, exactly what we need of them!

Ive returned to an old home I had rented through primrose previously to my joy. The home is great and primrose absolutely superb! All recently cleaned and prepared too move into! Great communication throughout and primrose maintain the property very well! All staff and owner extremely friendly, helpful and down to earth and keep me happy! A joy to have these agents, it really is!
