Can't thank kelvin Francis cyncoed branch enough. Matt for selling our property so quickly & Barbara for following thro our sale. Both could not do enough for us. Excellent service. Always took my calls and sold our property well over the asking price and within 12 weeks. I would certainly recommend this estate agent to everyone. Nothing was to much trouble. Thankyou again

Though I never thought I would write these words about a lettings agency from 10 years of experience, I have had a fantastic experience finding and getting my tenancy started with Kelvin Francis. Steve G has been responsive, explained the process and not left me wondering what to do next. I hugely appreciated their inventory check list where with images they have spelled out the condition of the house I'm renting transparently, responded within day turnarounds and have had a personable approach.

Flawless service from the team at Kelvin Francis during the recent sale of my property. From initial valuation to completion the team were always highly professional, always available and able to provide excellent objective advise not only on my sale but also my associated purchase. The photography, listing and marketing service made my home look so stunning that I almost changed my mind about moving!

We have just exchanged contracts on our house sale which was made by Kelvin Francis, we accepted an offer New Years Eve 2019 and exchanged today 4th March 2020!. Everyone at Kelvin Francis deserves a medal, especially Matthew, Emma, Barbara and the rest of the team members have all been superb. The sale was handled professionally from start to completion, we were kept informed at every stage of the sale and I would thoroughly recommend Kelvin Francis Estate Agents as the 'GO TO' Estate Agency.

They cancelled a property on the same day we had arranged to move to after having paid holding deposit, completing references, and doing credit checks successfully. We had put our stuff in boxes to move when they called and said the landlord has decided to take the property off the market while we had paid the holding deposit a week prior to it which meant it must have been taken off the market then. Really unprofessional and disorganised which leaves their clients shocked, heartbroken and homeless

We have used Kelvin Francis for both the purchase of the new house and sale of the old one. All staff has been really helpful and professional through the whole process. We are in a big chain and have to change the completion date several times which was quite frustrating. However, the service of Kelvin Francis was the best part of the whole process because they were not only professional and helpful, but also understanding and reliable.
As international immigrants, buying an ideal house and making Cardiff home means a lot for us and our family, so we are so glad that we have chosen Kelvin Francis as the estate agency. We definitely will use them again in the future. Strongly recommended.
