I have rented in London for the past 20 years, different flats with different agents and this is the best agency I have ever had the pleasure to be a tenant. They are efficient, caring and will always be there to help out. Is the first time the tenant is treated equally same as the landlord. Their fees are far more reasonable as well. I highly recommend Nicola Hunt.

This has been the easiest and most professional experiences I've had renting a new place to live. The entire team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Nicola, on the property management side, has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is in working order. Mark, on the maintenance side, has been incredibly polite and helpful.
