Can't thank Ellis and team enough for what was made a much more stress free process than it could have been. Ellis was always available to talk and was proactive and engaging in giving progress updates but also facilitating conversations between onward vendors and solicitors. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I have recently used Hockeys in Willingham to sell my house. I initially dealt with Ellis who did the valuation and produced the brochure, then carried out many of the viewings. Ellis was enthusiastic and efficient and was particularly helpful sorting out a problem that I had with garage keys. I also dealt with Ben, who was my main contact during the actual sale. Ben was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. Unfortunately there were a few delays (not caused by me or the agent) and Ben dealt with them all patiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend Hockeys.

I cannot recommend Hockeys enough. The entire team were incredibly helpful and professional during a long, difficult chain in the middle of the pandemic. In particular, Ben, Harriet and Ellis were always responsive, professional and communicative throughout the process, ensuring the (extremely) fragile chain did not collapse! Hockeys gave a really good impression of keeping us as sellers informed and up to date, leading us to believe that everything was on course to complete within our expected timescale. They failed to inform us that our buyers did not have an approved mortgage, even after directly being asked what was outstanding with the sale at several key stages, we only found out 12 weeks after accepting the offer on our chain-free, vacant property via the buyers solicitor.

Not impressed. They even refused to let us out of the contract when we had lost all confidence in their credibility to competently handle the sale. The buyer after over 17 weeks eventually came through with cash, however we were so disgusted by Hockeys withholding crucial information and costing us significant time, stress and money that we would've resented every single penny in their commission. I would never recommend them and will never, ever use them again & would advise others to seriously reconsider if they are thinking of doing so.

Definitely the best experience I've had with any estate agents! I had some nightmares with various estate agents as a renter so I was nervous about dealing with them when purchasing a house. Thankfully this was a totally different experience. From the very first phone call everyone at Hockeys was absolutely delightful. The online system for booking appointments worked well. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly. The staff were polite and courteous. Very impressed!

Ben was very helpful from start to finish, he was very proactive in seeing what was happening and advising on what should be done at every step. I'm grateful to Ben and to Hockey's for helping me to buy my first home!

Best possible service ever - highly professional, really quick in responding, and very easy to deal with. We purchased our new property through Hockeys without any challenges whatsoever. I experienced discrimination when wanting to view a house as the owner of the house who was showing us refused to let me in due to discrimination. I was very disappointed that the agency tolerated this and did not take any measures or steps against the owner and is still selling the bungalow for him and did not send him any warning.

I used Hockeys recently to sell my house. Ellis, Ben and Harriet were helpful and very good at communicating and explaining the process throughout. The photos and video they took were very professional. They were also happy to escort all the viewings to allow me to keep working. Although I didn't require many viewings as my house sold very quickly as they were also able to find an interested buyer as it just went onto the market which was great.
