Ash and Ravi, both of them are expert in coning, they did not return our deposit and claimed that we are bloody responsible for the mould in the house. Don't ever get in to their trap, they are cheaters and you will even struggle to find a single person who they have returned the deposit.

We haven't sold or bought for a very very long time and were out of touch with how the process works. Ravi and his team made made selling my home an absolute dream. It's always a stressful and long complicated process but his team allowed us take a back seat while they organised arranged conducted viewings and only ever really bothered us to.let us know for feedback. I have sold several houses in the past and other agents just aren't as proactive or helpful.

I've been asked to show people around and piss around with viewings that can't even afford the property. Thank you all at Irwin Fisher, definitely recommend and will definitely use again in future.

Why so much negativity? We do need local business serving local community, not all taken over by the big companies all around. In last 10 years they have helped me to buy 2 properties, provide me with 6 set of tenants (I do manage them though) and sold one of my flats as well. I have never have any issue or any reasonable request refused. I am not sure what are peoples expectations are, but all the business must follow standard rules here in UK. Untrustworthy and unreliable agent. Constant contradictory information given by Ravi Leal and Ash over the identity of our tenant who turned out to be claiming full benefits despite the agent advising us at the beginning of the tenancy that the tenant works for an investment bank as a professional when in fact he works as a cleaner part time at a school.

I made a formal complaint to Ravi and two weeks later he emails me telling me that he doesn't reply to losers. The mistake i made and my advise to anyone thinking of using this agent is obtain 3 to 6 references from the agent and verify each one by checking with the referees and the property in question with rightmove, zoopla etc to ensure authenticity of reference however i certainly do not recommend this agent to anyone.

Mislead me from start to finish. Different excuses given each time for a property that I was looking to rent and they ended up giving it to someone else despite taking a deposit from me and would not refund me back even though I didn't sign any paperwork to say non-refundable deposit was applicable. They insisted on cash which I paid and a carbon copy receipt was given to me, that's all but now they insist it was non-refundable deposit which was never explained to me at the beginning nor did I sign anything to say otherwise. Untrustworthy and unreliable.

This is pure cheating and con that's all I can say about this agent and Ravi Leal with the way I have been conned by them. The way he quickly changes his story and version of events is shocking and he immediately denies any wrongdoing - not one bit, it's like everyone is at fault except himself. It's never his fault! I'm now left short of money and not happy.

Con artists. Owner took our security deposit, kept the money in his own bank account and then he tried to fool us by telling us that he put the money in a government backed deposit protection scheme. Case went to court and we won outright and it was proven that the owner had kept the money all throughout the tenancy. Do not touch this agent with a bargain pole. Masters of deception these crooks.

Misled tenants and us over inventory inspection and agent had forged tenants signatures themselves. Full of lies and contradictory information given consistently by different staff. Not to be trusted ever again.

This is truly the worst, laziest, most unreliable estate agents i have ever dealt with. I was told a series of lies by one particular estate agent Ravi, who's only skill is to talk loudly and constantly without any truth or substance to anything he says. I have never met anyone quite so capable of talking so much untruth to close a deal. Ravi bragged about a tenant who he claimed had an excellent rent history, which i later discovered has a long history of rent arrears.

As is her pattern after a few months she stopped paying rent. Ravi at Irwin Fischer disappeared and refused to respond to e-mails or phone calls. It was the most childish and unprofessional behaviour. I would advice anyone who is buying, letting, or renting to avoid this estate agents. PS they advertise themselves as family business which is also untrue.,
