I sold my flat in Selsdon through Paul Meakin in July 2020. The team there were absolutely brilliant. It was a very stressful time as you'd imagine with the whole country being in lockdown but everyone I dealt with at Paul Meakin was extremely helpful. They were professional and dealt with any problems that arose very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

We decided to use Paul Meakin to rent out our detached property. The lettings manager visited our house and recommended we placed the property on for 1550pcm. A handful of viewings went ahead, of which we did all of the them. After a few weeks, we had an interested party but it went nowhere. Another few weeks passed and we were advised to drop the price to 1450pcm. Again, same story.

After two months on their books we were advised to drop the price to 1395pcm and possibly bring another agent in. Then all communications stopped. These people have no idea what they are doing with lettings. Avoid at all costs is my advice. They will comment on this review and state various reasons and excuses but simply put, they didn't know what they were doing.

I would highly recommend Sam from Paul Meakin. She was so helpful and friendly. She asked us what our "bucket list" would be in a house and she found us a property that we love! She made a stressful experience much easier and enjoyable. Thank you so much Sam :
