Recently sold our house through Michael Moon, really positive experience from start to finish. We did consider some of the cheaper web based services but so glad we didn't and very happy we chose MM. Its easy to forget how much a good estate agent does for you beyond the obvious marketing. Property chains can be a nightmare but we felt MM did so much to keep us informed and the flow of information moving. Thanks very much to Alex, Sue, Jackie and the rest of the team.

Family run business, attentive staff and great food. Don't feel intimidated, ask about recommendations, substitute ingredients etc, if they can they will. We enjoyed houmous and olives to share, pizza calabrian, tuna nicoise salad followed by their delicious bannoffee pie. Scrummy.

Michael Moon are a 1st class estate agency and I would not hesitate to use their services again. Not only are MM professional, they are also friendly and very approachable. I would like to mention Alex Bibby in particular, he really is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Jeanette was also always willing to offer her advice and wisdom. Do your homework on MM and you will see for yourself - great reviews, listings are spot on with good photographs, descriptions and room sizes, you can get through on the phone easily enough and the team are very responsive to emails.

I can't praise Alex Bibby enough for the way he handled our recent sale - a probate sale is always difficult but Alex was very responsive and sensitive to the circumstances, professional and very easy to deal with. He clearly knows the local market extremely well - the property ended up selling within less than a week of going on the market at a price 25% higher than another agent had recommended we put it on for, which tells its own story. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex.

The Michael Moon team were fantastic during my recent house sale and I cannot fault the whole Crosby team at all. Sue and Alex who I dealt with provided an excellent and responsive service and the whole process went very smoothly. Selling with Michael Moon proved to be the most positive experience we have had with any estate agent. Given the difficulties presented by COVID-19, Alex and his team adapted their approach such that viewings could recommence in the shortest permissible timescales following the initial lockdown that was instituted in March 2020. Subsequently, after an unreliable buyer pulled out following a protracted delay, Alex and the team promptly arranged further viewings and two competing offers were forthcoming as a result; from there, the sale progressed relatively smoothly and we reached completion twelve weeks afterwards.

All dealings we had with the team were conducted professionally: their approach is one of friendly efficiency, which was much appreciated. Large local estate agents, one of a couple in the Sefton area I think. I have rented propeties out through their letting scheme. They are always very efficient, ring back when they say they will, and are courteous and reasonable in their customer service. They will do all the vetting of tenants, show them round properties for you, collect the rents, sort out repairs and any problems, and can gernerally be trusted to get on with the job should you wish to have minimal input into the tenancy. They market in the local paper the Crosby Herald, both for sale and to let. Recommended.
