Worst estate agent you'll encounter. Poor customer service. They stood me out with a viewing, closing the office and not contacting me to inform me that the viewing would not happen after I drove for 1hour to view the property. When making a complaint they were rude and inconsiderate. Strongly discourage using them.

Overall, really please with the service I received from start to finish. The team acted promptly upon my request for a market appraisal and my property was on the market within 4 hours. They also agreed to charge me a lower fee as it was higher than my previous estate agents. My property sold very quickly and the team were always on hand to answer any questions I had or give me advice.
They were also proactive in chasing my buyer when the process started to slow a little in the middle. All correspondence was replied to swiftly. I would recommend them to family and friends and would also use them again in the future.

Moore and York, particularly Terral were fantastic from start to finish with our house buying process. We were first time buyers and as soon as we found our property we knew we were 100% sold. From the point of offer to completion Moore and York kept us informed and were both professional and hugely responsive at every turn. We were always kept up to date with the progress of the purchase and both my partner and myself couldn't recommend them enough for anyone that is thinking of buying or selling a property. 10/10 service from start to finish!

Moore & York agents are very professional in dealing with their clients. They're always straight to the point and let their actions speak for their worth as agents. Personally, I'm okay with nice and friendly agents but being friendly with your clients won't mean much if your actions can't follow. Some requests might take time, but having worked in an agency before, I understand when certain things happen beyond their control, as long as they keep trying to resolve any issues which they do - it will always be a 5 star for me!

Moore and York first marketed my property last year but for no fault of their own the deal fell through. The Property was put back on the market three months ago and sold immediately. Throughout the transaction I dealt mainly with Terral and Nick. Made multiple people aware in person and over phone of issues such as internet wire shocking me and carpets not nailed down at the top of the stairs, nothing has been done about it to date though despite being made aware at inspection of prop and following up with a call a few days later. Regardless of this though the initial process of referencing and getting into the property was very good though, and they were able to bring my move in date forward which I appreciate too. The lady that dealt with my inspection was very nice, overall great service in getting me in the property but kind of standard service with regards to repairs and such.

I found a flat through this agency in Leicester originally after having a hard time with my previous agency in Oxford. Since then the staff at Moore & York have been not only professional, helpful & also timely in terms of helping to arrange anything that needs it, but also have been always friendly, kind and understanding which is a welcome respite after my previous experience. Moore & York also originally helped my sister rent out her house and sell it hence why my family recommended the agency to me in the first place. Overall I'd definitely recommend them for their professionality and also kindness and understanding as agents. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

This is the second time we have dealt with Moore & York and we would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house. They were so helpful from the valuation right through to completion. The team never made us feel like a call or task was too much, or a question was too silly. When we needed anything chasing that was technically out of their remit they were also happy to help move things along. We genuinely think the process would have been much more stressful had M&Y not been involved! A special mention to Nik and Terral who were incredible.
