Adam & Jones are a highly recommended local estate agent that I have used to both rent my property and more recently sell. The whole process was managed seamlessly from buyer, through both solicitors to me. It turned what is typically a living nightmare into relative breeze! Communication is what their team is all about, you are never left in the lurch, if you ask a question you will always get a quick response.
They also provide a regular update on progress with the buyer and their solicitor. They are good at pressing the right buttons! If you are looking for a professional estate agent with an end to end knowledge of the housing market, a very capable customer facing team and the ability to make things happen. Then look no further, take my word they are the best!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. They were always honest about the properties they were showing us. Always kept us in the loop, and despite losing a member of their staff in the middle of the purchase, the transition from one to another was seamless. Communication was always on point and always anticipating the next steps. Would recommend them 100%. Next time when we sell, we're definitely using them.

We sold our house through Adam and Jones and we couldn't have asked for more! Getting the house listed was quick, effortless and straightforward with all our questions answered by experienced staff (Aaron) who knew exactly the information we needed. They were also really reasonably priced in comparison with other estate agents. Once we had an offer accepted, they kept us updated regularly and advised us where necessary.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, with Becki emailing or ringing us within short time frames to ensure our minds were at ease and things moved forwards. Janet the sales advisor (who unfortunately retired during our move) was also an incredible part of the team who gave us regular updates on the lower end of the chain and worked above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly for us.
I have recommended Adams and Jones to friends of ours already as we were so happy with the level of professionalism, kindness and support they gave us during our move which made things much easier. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future if we decided to move house again! A huge thank you to you all!

Highly recommended. We sold our house through Adams & Jones and have been extremely happy with their service. The professional photographer they sent is the best, he really took wonderful pictures and gave us some advice to make the most out of the rooms, he even did aerial pictures. Becky has been exceptional, chasing, updating and advising us. It was not an easy sale through covid restrictions and we also had a few bumps on the lawyer side and the house we were moving into but Becky supported us throughout and went above and beyond. We have just purchased our new home through Adams & Jones and have had contact with the Market Harborough office for nearly 6 months. We really can't sing their praises loud enough, they have been responsive to all our enquiries and professional yet personable throughout. Without Janet in the after sales team we are in no doubt we wouldn't have completed on our purchased yet so we owe her a huge thank you for all her efforts.
