As a buyer, absolutely shocking service. I know the vendors are the clients but the after care service as a buyer is shocking. Our very expensive, not a project, house was left disgustingly dirty and the agents didn't seem very interested. Three weeks later, still cleaning and finding more junk - dangerous items under the stairs today - to throw away. Disgraceful.

I'm hoping at some point in the future we will be able to forget this phase and start enjoying our new home. NB: I have only included photos which don't identify the property but they are only the start of the filth left behind.

Email received to say that they would like to proceed with a rental (application all filled and 1 sent the same day the same day etc) then had a reply to say that it has already been let out?! Having trouble finding a home as it is and then having my hopes up for no reason.

Awful service and bad attitude canceling our appointment and put the phone down on my wife after trying to have a reasonable conversation. My wife had an appointment for view the property on HAREFIELD AVENUE ROWLEY FIELDS for today. My wife called them in the morning and she ask if the property is still available because on Rightmove web site the property looks to has been already let agreed from last week on Friday. No one taking the time to contact us about it. And on top of it they cancel our appointment.

AVOID! I would advise anyone.this is the worst agencies in Leicester. I called them 2 weeks ago to arrange a view for a property on Harefield Avenue. They never call me back they already Let agree with someone else. They dont care about the customers this business looks very bad don't trust they avoid them for your pace of mind

Unprofessional. Accepted our offer through the vendor and everything agreed upon. They even took the property from the market and put the sold board on the property. Confirmed us to go ahead with paperwork and other legal procedures. After three weeks, they informed us that they had received another offer which is higher than ours? Let us down. Finally, we wasted our time and energy. Better keep the words and trying to be professionally genuine.

I was delighted with how professional everyone was at the company. I chose Sellicks because of the detailed information they gave me prior to signing the contract and positivity about marketing the property and the figure the property was advertised at. At all stages of the process of selling the home I was kept informed of progress and follow up on visits from clients who viewed the property.

I was always asked if there was more that they could do to help. Staff were empathetic to my personal situation with regard to the sale of the property. The company met all my expectations.
