Parry & Drewett

We have recently purchased a property in Chessington and couldn't have asked for a better service. Jai Chopra was professional and helped us along the way to our first home. There was good communication throughout with very fast response times.

We have had an awful experience with Parry and Drewett as Block Managers of our flat. Our roof has been leaking since we moved in nearly a year ago and there has been no action from Parry and Drewett despite continuous chasing on our part. We are also awaiting new carpets on the communal stairwell which has been ongoing for a year, again with no action.

They are a nightmare to get hold of, barely respond to e-mails, no answer on the "emergency" out of hours phone line. The only thing they seem to be organised with is payment demands! Absolutely awful customer service and complete lack of care. I would not recommend.

Estate agent in chessington, there were two of them. lady and gentelman(if i can call him like this) lady was fine but gentelman, who came to show us house. he was horrible, he started shouting, was talking very rude. no manners at all. dont understand how companies can employ people like him. no wonder why so many bad reviews on this estate agency! never back again over there!

Never let from this agent, last 1 month I am waiting for my deposit back, no respond, care less staff, charge me extra money as well, never recommend.

Fantastic service from Julian and the team. Always went out of his way to accommodate us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Certainly the best agent I encountered and will have no hesitation in using Julian in the future.

Used this branch for the sale of old house and acquisition of the new family home. Would recommend to anybody - friendly yet incredible professional and thorough. 10/10 would recommend

Was originally selling my house through another estate agent, I was lured in with a massive overvaluation and it ended up really throwing a spanner into the works of our move. We popped in to speak to Julian and Richard who have been in the malden area for years and they gave us a more realistic approach and in fact convinced us to rent our house.

They successfully let it we have made the move we wanted and now have a great pension pot sitting there. They really helped us as opposed to just trying to get more commission themselves.

New malden team. The type of guys who can't even call you to let you know they are cancelling a viewing and leave you standing around wondering where they are. Good work guys

Appalling service fail to return calls leaving clients at booked viewings without any update or common courtesy to advise they won't even be showing up and the complete lack of responsibility or ownership for their failings is absolutely shocking - avoid at all cost plenty of agents to choose from so choose wisely

Had the distinct pleasure of working for Richard there for last 5 years. Learnt a lot continuously and was supported inside and outside office life. The office environment isn't that of your usual estate agent more care is given into finding the right suit for clients in both sales and lettings. If you want someone who will give you honest valuations, achieve great results and go the extra mile look no further than here.

Horrific customer service. Terrible at returning phone calls. Think they are above everyone else.

Come across as efficient and knowledgeable - before you sign up to sell with them. Then communication becomes very poor, and they don't seem to have their promised buyers waiting for houses. We eventually sold through them but they didn't even bother getting in touch on the day of completion! Constantly had to chase them for information and progress updates. They didn't listen to a number of things we said and requests we made. All in all it was a very expensive and frustrating experience. Cannot recommend.

Absolutely useless. No idea of how to treat customers. Not stop lies from them and impossible to get them to call back. Lost out on a property because these guys were that bad. Wanted to rent a property. They were stalling all the time and blamed it on the landlady for not getting in contact with them. Just by chance I met the landlady and they told her it was us that kept them waiting.

I left them a message on their answer machine wanting them to call me back and they ignored message. Went with another agency who were brilliant. The staff are thick as s@it with absolutely no empathy for people trying to move. They do not realise the stress they cause people by being so bad. I notice they have not replied to any other reviews on here. Shows the company for what it is. Hope they go into liquidation

Very unprofessional. After offering to pay the deposit and the full asking price for a house to rent the estate agents completely ignored us for the next two weeks. We called them and even went into the branch to talk to the employees and were told that they are simply waiting for a reply from the house owner. Only to find out that they let the property to someone else when calling on the weekend to find out about the progress. Can not believe that they did not even pick up the phone to call and inform us that we were unsuccessful.

This was possibly the worst estate agents I ever had to deal with. I was looking to buy my first property and booked in a viewing with Parry & Drewett. I loved the property and put in an offer straight away, however I never heard back from them. I kept calling and when I finally got through to the manager (Peter), he was absolutely useless. After weeks and weeks of chasing my offer, it turned out they had shown me the WRONG PROPERTY!

Instead of holding their hands up and admitting they had in fact shown me a property on for let, they barely apologised and never replied to my complaint. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
