Easy place to find if you ask for directions first. Not to be confused with the old Kings St., some distance away which is historical. This estate agency sells and rents property, including offices within their building. They provide a professional service with everything explained, and presented in a folder to keep for reference afterwards.

I have been with Shipmans for over 2 years as a tenant, and can not rate them highly enough. I recieved an excellent service from Dawn during my house purchase. She was friendly but calm which allowed me to make my own assessment when viewing the property. This was a welcome change from other agents' sales patter. Communication was efficient, clear and timely which helped the purchase to go smoothly. In comparison to all the other estate agents I encountered Dawn at Shipmans was most certainly the best. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service. I've been through a number of the estate agents in Norwich over the years and Shipmans are so much better it's beyond comparison. Always friendly and unbelievably fast in responding to any messages (Dawn is amazing!). If I am to move or buy in the future, the option to work through Shipmans would be a bonus selling point for me.

Shipmans were so helpful and always on hand to deal with any issues I might have. I was particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency of Dawn, who dealt with the property I was looking to rent, she was great! High levels of customer service are rare to find these days, and Shipmans really is doing well on that score.
