Our Auction Department is headed by auctioneer, Alister Walshe, with auctions taking place throughout the year for individual properties in Herefordshire ranging from pieces of ground with or without planning consent to derelict barns in idyllic situations or a simple cottage requiring modernization. An auction gives the seller the opportunity to obtain the best possible price with exchange of contracts taking place immediately and completion normally within twenty eight days, avoiding any delays with chains, etc.

With our Hereford and Ledbury Offices we can offer you a property service which is designed to help you move with the least amount of stress in a timescale to suit you. From the moment we visit your home or you call into one of our offices, our aim is to provide you with as much information and support until the day you move.
This will include a credit check, employer details and any previous Landlord or Letting agent reference. We will also require copies of photo identification and proof of residency. Security Deposit: Equivalent to one and a half to two times a month's rent to be held by the landlord. Rent: Normally quoted calendar monthly, and payable monthly in advance. The tenant is also responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs, unless otherwise stated.
