HIDDEN FEES Had a nasty surprise when I completed on an auction property. The small print in legal pack said I was responsible for sellers legal and auction fees without any amounts specified. Upon completion the buying and selling auction fees I was expected to pay equated to 5000 or 10% of the purchase price which is extortionate. BEWARE

I have never known an agent that is so infuriating. Moved in and took them about 3 months to organise repairs that should of been done before move in. Ask them a question about rent over 10 weeks ago and still waiting a reply not to mention that i've chased them for a response at least 4/5 times. From someone who works in property management and around the sector, these are meant to be one of the best.
Deserve to be reported to the TPO, but i'm more mature than that, so let's give you once last chance to respond to this as well as my email over the rent and if get nowhere this time - then i'll go down that route. People need to know they're not as good as they seem! Horrific service!

This is one of seven SuttonKersh branches in Liverpool and this is the best one for properties in south Liverpool and Allerton. Established in the 70's Sutton Kersh is now one of the larger agents handling the usual residential property services of sales, lettings, surveying, valuations, mortgages but also building surveying, commercial property, auctions and international property.
Their website shows an RICS logo but does not specify that it is "regulated by RICS". The firm does use all the biggest websites to advertise on so would be a good place to put your property with if you wanted to maximise exposure. If you have questions about HIPs being abolished or EPC's then check their website of give them a call.
